What does Mo’s Auto Detailing van carry in order to properly serve the Ann Arbor area?
The Van has everything to handle a full interior and exterior detail without asking the customer for anything. All the equipment runs off a7.2 kW-hr power station, so we are completely self-powered on every job. For water there is a 70-gallon water tank, which is more than enough for full washes, rinses, and multiple appointments in a day.
For interior work, there is a professional vacuum setup with a 50-ft hose, plus all the different attachments for tight areas, pet hair, vents, and hard-to-reach spots. An absolute necessity is a high-output air compressor with a 65-ft hose that is used for blowing out carpets, cracks, crevices, and speeding up drying.
On the exterior side, the setup has pressure washer with its own 65-ft hose, along with deionized (spot-free) water so your paint and glass dry clean without hard water spots. The van stays stocked with all of the interior and exterior chemicals needed, from leather, glass, adhesive, and fabric cleaners to wheel, tire, trim, and tar products.
For deeper cleanings, we carry both an extractor and a steam machine, to tackle stains, spills, and sanitizing jobs the right way. A large canopy for rain and shade, which helps us keep working even in Michigan weather.
On top of that we carry a collection of brushes, small tools, microfiber towels, and all the little attachments that make a big difference in the final result.
